• Scheduling appointments in advance is highly recommended as to insure the coat and hygiene of your pup is well maintained.

    Scheduling multiple appointments in advance helps ensure the spot and time that you desire.

    Clients on a consistent 6-12 schedule throughout the year will be prioritized.

  • Be sure to provide updated rabies for your pup prior to your appointment.

    Please make me aware of any health concerns your pup may be experiencing. This includes, vomiting, diarrhea, hacking/coughing, etc.

    I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if they are exhibiting any symptoms of being ill.

    Sick pups in the salon are a risk for all other animals and I want to avoid this risk at all costs.

    Please also make me aware of any hot spots, skin irritation, allergies, etc. so that we can take any precautions with shampoo and disinfecting supplies properly after grooming.

  • If for some reason you are not able to make it to your appointment, please make me aware within 48 hours of appointment time.

    I understand that things do happen, however if an appointment is a no call-no show, a 100% of the service will need to be paid before rebooking.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time are difficult to fill given the short notice. I ask that you give a cancellation notice greater than 24 hours.

    If you are needing to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time a fee of 50% of the groom price will be asked to be paid before your next appointment is scheduled.

  • I pride myself on providing a peaceful 1 on 1 experience with my dogs and to keep this up, I need everyone to please be aware of drop off and pick up times.

    It is crucial that you arrive on time for drop off so that we can get started as soon as possible to keep up schedule. There will be a 15-minute grace period after drop off time, after this time, the appointment will be considered a no show.

    Please be prepared for a heads-up text message 20-30 minutes prior to when your pup will be finished with their spa day. Please be as prompt as possible to pick up on time. Pets left in the salon after grooming require bathroom breaks, water and some may add stress to the next dog I may be working on.

    Estimated grooming times are 1.5 – 3 hours

    Of course, if you have a multiple dog family, these times are doubled.

  • Payment is required upon pickup. Forms of payments accepted are cash, check, debit card, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle.

    I will gladly adjust any dis-satisfaction without charge within (3) days after the grooming appointment. After 3 days, any adjustments will require another full grooming. Please let me know as soon as possible if there is something about your pup’s haircut that I can adjust for you!

  • All client information given to the salon is never sold or shared and will be kept private for your protection.

    I value each client and greatly appreciate all information given to best serve you and your pup.

  • Any pet presenting to the salon with fleas must receive a special flea bath to make sure all the fleas are gone and not traveling around the salon or continuing to habit your pup.

    This service will add an extra $15-$25 on the total cost.
